What can I expect in a therapy session?

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length. Each session is focused on what specifically would like to discuss in that session. Think of therapy as a collaborative process with a trustworthy person in whom you feel supported by and whom you can confide in. You can except to feel safe and heard by our clinicians in your session.
